The coils have been improved, but proper installation is crucial to prevent future issues. In terms of cons, the previous unit initially worked better. Prior to hiring Air Fix, the reviewer had no concerns with their AC until Goettl arrived and quoted them $8K for one unit. The reviewer researched their options and went with Air Fix due to their great reputation, pricing, and equipment. During installation, the AC was cold, but not blowing hard in their master bedroom. The reviewer called Air Fix, who scheduled an appointment to fix it soon after. Overall, the reviewer would use Air Fix again due to their excellent customer service, even if they are not the cheapest option.

Two seniors over 80 had a fantastic experience with the company. Our furnace only worked for four hours and the temperature was 64 degrees on Thursday and Friday mornings. We contacted Air Fax, but Friday was not available. Subsequently, we scheduled it for 9 AM on Saturday and dealt with the cold for the night. However, Ava contacted us and informed us that Joe Taylor could come on Friday between 2:45-4:45. Joe arrived promptly at 2:45 PM. He checked the thermostat, which was fine, but found an additional thermostat installed unnecessarily. He explained the required repair and removal of the thermostat, leaving only the thermostat on the wall connected. He also made some adjustments to the furnace and professionally checked several ceiling vents with thermometers to ensure that the heat was working correctly. Joe demonstrated professionalism, consideration, thoroughness, patience, and was exceptional. The company deserves a 5-star rating. The fee of only $200 brought a smile to our faces during these inflationary times and tight budgets. P.S. The temperature is now consistent and warm, providing us with the comfort we need.
