The ducts responsible for heating, located beneath my house, had collapsed. The crawl space was particularly unpleasant to work in, particularly during colder weather conditions. The job required more than simply reattaching the ducts, as there was also a need for insulation, repair and/or replacement. A number of companies provided me with quotes, with varying prices and recommendations. His appraisal of the situation was the most candid and honest in my view. Once the work was completed, he showed me the updated videos and explained everything in detail. It was almost Christmas and there were a lot of emergency calls requiring his attention on the day that he came, yet he did not hurry me or use the calls as an excuse to rush through the job. He was extremely thorough, honest and professional. I had believed that my thermostat needed to be replaced, but he checked and found that there was no need for replacement. If I require any furnace, heating or cooling needs in the future, I will certainly contact Air Care, and also recommend them to others.
