Since 1983, AHC has proudly served the Eastside and greater Seattle area by specializing in the exceptional management of single-family homes and individual condominium units. We are a locally owned and operated property management firm, run by women. Our full-service management is designed to eliminate any worries or time-consuming concerns you may have about managing your own property. We handle every step of the process, including marketing, tenant screening, rental collections, accounting, move-in and move-out inspections, lease paperwork, and property maintenance issues.
Our average time to place tenants is 3-14 days, and we constantly update our procedures and agreements to stay current with landlord/tenant laws. We offer a competitive fee schedule for leasing and management, including a leasing fee of one month's rent, management fees of 8% of monthly rent collected, and discounts for multiple properties. We also offer renewal fees for the same tenant, including rent increase negotiations and updated terms. There are no additional administration fees or hidden costs.
AHC manages many residential properties in the greater Seattle area, with each of our property managers handling their own portfolio but working as a team to ensure complete seven-day-a week, 365-day-a-year coverage. Our managers personally coordinate all maintenance and inspections, so any issues are quickly communicated and taken care of. AHC is dedicated to providing a high level of personal service, and we strive to satisfy all of our clients.

I had the pleasure of collaborating with Stacey from AHC when searching for a condo for rent.
