They were fantastic. The initial company I employed failed to arrive, so I accepted that I would have to wait until the next day. Afternoon rolled around, and I contacted this company. They managed to come over only a few hours later on the same day. They were able to configure my laptop in roughly an hour, allowing me to work with no downtime. Let me explain why this is essential. My corporation issued new laptops to all of us. It took other members of our squad anywhere from an afternoon up to 3 days to set up their devices, causing a great deal of frustration, lost time, and calls to our IT department.
