Despite not being in a clear mental state after a motor vehicle accident, I was treated with respect and dignity. Matt understands the importance of being an advocate for those who cannot do so for themselves. I highly appreciate his professional knowledge and genuinely caring nature. Prior to meeting Matt, I had never heard of a forensic car specialist, but he referred me to Harrys. My insurance company stated that my car had been properly repaired, but upon returning it to me, I discovered a leak. It turned out that my car had not been fully repaired, and Matt assisted in advocating for me. Furthermore, my insurance company attempted to cut off my PIP benefits, stating that I was healed. However, Matt stood up for what was just and right, much like how he advocated for my car. The attached photo depicts the car that struck me, with the driver having no insurance at the time. It was an absolute pleasure working with Matt, and I highly recommend his services.
