Daniel was incredibly prompt and proactive. He made a visit to my house and effortlessly replaced the rechargeable batteries in the Blink camera units, which were located 25 feet up on the side of the garage. Unfortunately, I did not have the appropriate batteries at hand, but Daniel went out of his way to purchase the right batteries from Home Depot. He kept in touch with me throughout the process, double-checking the placement of the cameras and fine-tuning their positions for optimal performance. I would definitely endorse him to others looking for similar assistance.
