Regrettably, he has previously produced commendable work but lately his reliability has been questionable. Despite requesting to take over our previous service, he has failed to follow through on his commitment. Initially, he was eager to assume the task and promised exceptional results. However, it has been a constant struggle trying to get him to complete the work. Even after we lent him our riding cub cadet mower and push mower during winter, he only showed up once. There were numerous warning signs, despite his vast knowledge. Presently, the lawn is overgrown with weeds that are taller than me, a situation that is unacceptable due to the extended duration he has taken to address it.

Ruben is highly responsive, possesses extensive knowledge and delivers remarkable work. He arrived at our secondary residence to rid of the weed and drafted a pragmatic upkeep scheme to maintain our lawn in pristine condition. I highly recommend him!
