The most qualified professional in the industry is Ray! Our HVAC unit had been producing a dripping sound for more than a month, and we had three different technicians inspect it, but to no avail. All of them were incorrect. When Ray arrived, he quickly determined that it was not a drip, but rather a click and immediately fixed the problem. He is meticulous and skilled in his work.
