Afonso displayed remarkable honesty by revealing the essential requirement, instead of fulfilling my initial query, which would have earned him more. He adhered to punctuality and completed the job exceptionally well with his team. His work was impressive, and people who witnessed their deliverables are eagerly hiring him. Undoubtedly, I'll avail his services in the future.

An update: The room below is still experiencing water leakage after three months. It was discovered that the problem is due to poorly-placed silicone. Further, the gate that was installed is no longer in place despite the fact that it was not covered by the warranty. The contractor, who put up the gate, showed up unannounced and unprofessionally accused us of damaging it. Attached are current photos of the roof. Communication with the contractor was consistently evasive or non-existent, and any follow-up was absent. Although he was efficient and effective during the initial work, his lack of accountability thereafter is not worth the frustration. I cannot recommend nor will I use his services again.

Our shed roof was replaced by Afonso and he did an amazing job. Despite the fact that it was merely a shed, he ensured that no shortcuts were taken and offered me a reasonable price. Additionally, he went above and beyond by fulfilling my request to install roof vents and reinstall a weather vane on the roof. I enthusiastically recommend him.
