On November 14th, they assured me that they would contact me within a week. However, despite my follow-up requests twice, I haven't received any response until today, which is December 3rd. I sent them pictures to prepare a quote, but they couldn't even get that far and abandoned the project. Their communication skills are appalling, and they have failed to deliver what they promised.

I was able to make it to my lunch date on time, thanks to the ladies who arrived early. They didn't mind my dogs and cats and even cleaned up my home while I was away! Many thanks to Sharon Rosenberg.
