Update: Kris and the helper finally arrived after some miscommunication issues and worked tirelessly until the job was done. To my delight, they even disposed of the debris. I am satisfied with the amount of work that was accomplished, and we have already discussed continuing this project throughout the remainder of this year (depending on the weather) and as an ongoing customer in the coming year. After our initial visit was canceled on August 31 due to the weather, I sent an email requesting an alternative date. However, I received no response. Despite sending two follow-up emails on September 7 and 21, I have still not received a response as of today's date, October 10.
