He arrived as planned for the job inspection and promptly returned to take measurements and order the windows when we agreed to proceed with the project. We're currently awaiting the arrival of the windows before scheduling the installation.

I decided to collaborate with Paul because he was different from the other contractors I had contacted for the renovation of our home. Our family-owned duplex in Providence is undergoing a complete renovation. We researched various window options and ultimately opted for replacement windows. Although I had some reservations about Harvey windows initially, I decided to go for their top-tier window, the Harvey Tribute Windows, after thorough research. We were fortunate to work with Paul, who was an excellent representative of Advantage Windows. The entire process went seamlessly, and Paul was a great communicator and professional throughout. Despite challenges posed by our outdated window frames, Paul and his crew were able to install windows in the entire duplex in just two days, which we were extremely impressed with. The ordering and installation process took about five weeks in total, largely due to a delay from the manufacturer. The Tribute windows themselves are beautiful and user-friendly. Additionally, they have made a noticeable difference in the warmth of the space, compared to our old leaky windows. While only time will tell how well they hold up, based on our initial experience with the windows and the installation team, we anticipate great things. We highly recommend Paul and the Advantage Windows team for their excellent work on our family home!
