Process Serving

We make service attempts within 2-4 business days (Immediate and Rush services available). We run tag numbers, interview neighbors, and attempt service during late nights, early mornings, and Saturdays, doing whatever it takes to serve your papers. Our fees are based on location and originating state and include unlimited attempts (with reasonable expectation of service), basic research (including phones and social media), notary, free e-filing of the return (where available), and up to 50 printed pages (additional pages available at $0.10/pg). Additionally, we offer skip tracing at only $99 and additional addresses.

Locates and Document Retrieval

We provide free consultations with a written estimate of fees, without any hidden costs. We offer various flat-rate services, including $99 simple data-driven skip trace/special locate, $150 asset searches (for judgment enforcement or collectability), document/evidence location and retrieval, written and recorded statements, FCRA compliant background checks, and much more.

Legal Document Preparation (Florida only)

We offer a comprehensive service for non-attorney legal document service starting at $150 + service of process, filing, and serving. We use Florida Bar and clerk approved forms, fill them out with the information that you provide, come to you if necessary, file the documents, serve all parties, and provide default/final judgment documents, all at a flat rate. We also have a variety of investigative services and legal document solutions to help you collect once you have your default. We feature a no upfront fee judgment collection service.
