Upon my inquiries regarding certain inclusions and exclusions, Advanced responded promptly within the day of my request. Their responses were clear and concise, providing me with the necessary information. However, I later discovered that the repair was covered under warranty by Sony. If this were not the case, I would have considered enlisting the services of Advanced.

Our appointment was missed and we had wasted fifty miles of travel with no assistance. Afterwards, a representative called to apologize for the scheduling error and offered a reduced rate for diagnostics. They also suggested that my six-year-old television could be fixed, but the cost of replacement parts was nearly equal to purchasing a new television of similar size and cost.
