I don't even know where to begin! From the very first correspondence to our last bite of dessert, the Chef Tim experience was nothing short of exceptional. Tim's expertise and professionalism were evident throughout the entire meal. Our meal was exactly what we had envisioned and it was presented to us in a manner fit for the most upscale restaurants. Chef Tim was an absolute delight! The flavor of his dishes was unparalleled. In an unfamiliar (and cramped) kitchen, he maintained complete composure. He was prompt and cheerful in communicating his preparations. His demeanor while cooking was exceptional, and he filled the entire house with mouthwatering aromas as he chatted with us. The guests were thoroughly impressed! We cannot speak highly enough of our time with him. I would hire him again in an instant and highly recommend that you do too.

Chef Tim was exceptional, tailoring the menu to my preferences, showing great flexibility, displaying a friendly and professional demeanour, and most importantly, his culinary creations went above and beyond my expectations. Furthermore, he left my kitchen sparkling clean, making it a pleasant experience all around.
