I bring a lot of experience to the table, having been a Holistic Nurse (RN) since 2003, a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner/ Health Coach, and a Certified Herbalist since 2018. Additionally, I formulate my own herbal products, which are doctor recommended and sold on Amazon under the brand name "The Herb Nurse."
My approach to health coaching involves education on how to lead a healthy life through a combination of diet, herbs, supplements, and exercise. Upon returning from a cruise, my husband and daughter contracted the flu. I promptly contacted Adriana, who provided me with her exceptional Elderberry product.
