As a NASM certified personal trainer, I believe in making fitness a challenging yet enjoyable experience. My program is designed for beginners and advanced individuals alike, using elements of martial arts, dance, hand-eye coordination, body and breath work to improve confidence and adaptability.
Unlike other trainers, I prefer body weight exercises over using weights. If your goals include improving your diet, losing weight, increasing stamina, getting stronger, faster, more agile, and connected to your body and mind, we would be a great team. However, if you're looking to increase muscle mass significantly, you might need to explore other options.
During our sessions, we start with breathing exercises, joint mobility, and light cardio to wake up all your muscles. We then move on to boxing gloves to work on pad work and even include knee strikes and kicks if you're ready for it. Don't worry, I'm no assassin, but martial arts can enhance your body mechanics and coordination.
We'll then follow up with hand-eye coordination drills using tennis balls. These challenges will awaken your creativity and help improve your reflexes. Next, we'll perform assisted or unassisted stretching and body work to relieve muscle tension and reset the nervous system.
For the best results, I recommend 90-minute sessions where we spend the last 15-30 minutes focused on stretching and body work. I'm excited about the possibility of working with you and can't wait to get started.
