Last year, we received three bids to replace our ductwork. However, two of the companies attempted to heavily pressure us into replacing our HVAC unit, which was beyond our budget. Luckily, Thomas approached the situation differently. He provided us with valuable information regarding alternative options to replacing the unit, despite it only being slightly too large for our square footage. Thomas' professionalism and informative approach was unmatched compared to the other two companies we met with. As a result, we routinely use his services for maintenance and repairs.
