I would like to highlight that I am a self-sufficient worker who never outsources my tasks. My decision to work independently stemmed from realizing most companies prioritize financial gain over delivering quality work and customer satisfaction. I possess more than 15 years of experience and a meticulous eye for detail. To me, it's not just about providing a service but also granting peace of mind. Efficient communication is crucial to carry out a project effectively. Understanding a client's expectations and needs makes the process more straightforward and ensures the final product aligns with the homeowner's desire.
Additionally, I hold a $2 million liability insurance. My expertise covers several areas such as tiling custom showers, tub surrounds, floors, backsplashes, fireplace surrounds, etc. I utilize leveling kits when working on most large-format tiles to guarantee a consistent and even finish. For custom shower pans, clients can choose between having one built or using the Schulter system. When it comes to tiling, I finish all edges with metal trims, providing a neat and trimmed appearance. Alternatively, I can use any preferred style of trim. My services extend beyond tiling; I also handle room remodels, drywall, patching, matching textures, installing doors (interior, exterior, closet, pocket), locks, faucets, drains, shower valves, toilets, electricals, light fixtures, ceiling fans and work in coordination with a licensed electrician to ensure all electrical work is handled professionally. In case of any structural or layout changes, relevant permits will be appropriately secured.
For the convenience of my clients, I work with various realtors, investors, and property management companies. I pick up non-online orders and call in for a phone sale. It is best to order tiles two weeks in advance, to avoid delays. I recommend not going to a discount tile store as they can often be problematic to return or delay the process, unlike Home Depot/Lowes.
