Today, Eric provided top-notch service while working on my roof! He was incredibly prompt in his response; I contacted him just yesterday and the job is already complete. Not only did he tend to my roofing needs, but he also kindly painted some hardy plank for me - all without any additional cost. Further, he even noticed a hole in my neighbor's roof and went above and beyond to lend a helping hand. Truly an outstanding individual.

Eric's response time was impressive. He employs remote technology which can detect leakages and areas that need sealing on your rooftop. Upon arrival, he confirms the necessary repairs and captures photo and video evidence. In my instance, the technology was very reliable and identified the required repairs which were later verified on-site. If my timing had allowed, the repairs could have been done on the same day. On the whole, it was a great experience.

Erik, the proprietor of Ace Maintenance Company, did a remarkable job repairing my roof. He provided comprehensive answers to all of my inquiries, and his pricing was reasonable. After our rental house, which we are currently in the process of selling, required repair, Eric, the owner, responded promptly to our request. He was very respectful of our desire to receive an estimate for the work before commencing, as we had just received the amended contract. However, as we were informed that roof repairs would be required and our closing date was scheduled for 12/16/22, Eric correctly suggested that it would be wise to move forward and repair the roof ourselves. He promptly provided us with an estimate and was responsive to any questions we had. While working on the roof, Eric identified other problem areas and was quick to send pictures and videos of the needed repairs, which justified an increase in price. He offered a discount and even agreed to repair any new problem areas at no extra cost. Throughout the repair process, Eric stayed in constant communication with us and sent pictures before and after the repairs were completed. Initial and modified invoices were also provided immediately. My husband and I were thrilled with the work completed by Eric and his team at Ace's Maintenance Company. We would definitely use him again in the future and highly recommend him to others.
