My name is Judy, and I have been a trainer for over two decades with Precise Fitness by Judy (previously known as Accessible Fitness). Having worked hard to achieve my own fitness goals, I can empathize with the effort required to meet those aspirations.
In my early years, I mistakenly believed that physical fitness was primarily achieved through exercise. However, I have since learned that incorporating proper nutrition (about 75-80% of the effort) alongside weight-resistant training is key to reducing body fat and achieving weight loss. This realization led me to become a trainer, eager to learn more and share my knowledge.
My areas of expertise center around weight loss, toning and muscle-building through weight training, prenatal and postnatal fitness training, rehabilitating training for back, shoulder, and knee injuries, and nutritional planning.
My mission is to motivate and educate you on proper exercise techniques to prevent injuries while fostering the confidence needed to achieve your fitness goals. Whether you prefer training in a public outdoor setting, a private home gym, or a virtual training environment, I am available and eager to help you realize your potential. Please note that I am fully vaccinated and can provide proof; I will only train fully vaccinated clients.
