Nick is a responsive and exceptionally knowledgeable contractor who possesses all the qualities that homeowners require. It was a pleasure to meet him and listen to his ideas on how he planned to install soffit and ridge vents to our newly purchased home to provide essential ventilation, as our attics lacked vents. Nick went beyond the call of duty by reaching out to our roof manufacturer to inquire about the warranty and existing service program.
However, we were disappointed to learn that our warranty mandates the use of a manufacturer-certified contractor. Nick informed us of this requirement and suggested that we comply. Even though he could have easily completed the work without disclosing this information, he chose to do what was right.
Nick demonstrated integrity, which set him apart from the other three roofing contractors we consulted. We would have hired him and his crew for the project if not for the warranty issue.
