For 20 years, I have been a Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Counselor, and Empowerment Life Coach.
Through High-Intensity Interval Training, Yoga, and Pilates, I can assist in pushing you to shape up while improving flexibility and focus. Additionally, I can help you recover from injuries by tools such as rehabilitation, while I can also give guidance in retreats, one-on-one coaching sessions, and group sessions to transform you from a struggle to a triumph.
I have received training in various fitness types and methodologies, and in partnership with healthcare providers, I provide assistance to individuals with a variety of physical and cognitive impairments, right from mobility to balance and stability exercices coupled with core strengthening, as well as assisting those who have undergone gastric banding, lap banding and sleeve surgeries or who have eating disorders by creating personalized meals that fit in with their treatment plan.
Our studio is a safe space for Covid-19, with regular sanitization with organic cleaners, air purifiers, and essential oils.
