The price offered by the company was excellent. Their friendly behavior and willingness to demonstrate what needed repairing made me choose them. Consequently, I scheduled an appointment for them to fix the problem in two days. Unfortunately, they missed the appointment and I had trouble rescheduling. In total, it took them another week to finally show up. Although the roof leaked slightly after the repair, the company rectified the issue free of cost. Their professionalism and efficient work ethic were evident once they began.
