Greetings, I am chef Mike and cooking has been my lifelong passion ever since I could barely reach the kitchen counters. As a result, I pursued my culinary education at the renowned Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, directly after completing high school.

I had a fantastic experience at Abode fine dining! Both Chef Mike and Marcus were outstanding in their preparation of the appetizers, main course, and dessert, and their inclusion of delightful mocktails only added to the overall enjoyment of the evening. We couldn't have hoped for a better outcome! Our group of 18 had an amazing time at the murder mystery dinner party, which was without a doubt one of the best parties we’ve thrown. Mike and the Adobe team were incredibly helpful in planning the menu and providing everything from silverware to pots and pans, and every dish they prepared was absolutely delicious. They even went above and beyond to assist with mixing drinks and ensuring all of our guests enjoyed the dining experience. We are truly grateful to the team and can't wait for our next event!
