I only heard from them regarding the payment. I had enlisted them to serve food for my prestigious clients at an event. However, they failed to appear or respond to my calls. Despite making 40 calls and leaving countless voicemails, they did not offer any explanation. Although they returned my money, their absence caused significant disruption to my event. Consequently, I had to reduce my charges to my client since I couldn't deliver what I had promised. I have decided not to use their services in the future and would not advise anyone else to do so.
