My experience with Will was excellent. I required gutter cleaning, shutter replacement, and a roof inspection for a possible leak, and they delivered all three services promptly. Here's why I gave them 5 stars: - Responsiveness: Will was very easy to communicate with and extremely responsive. I received an estimate within an hour and could schedule the work quickly using messaging instead of phone calls. - Pricing: The pricing was reasonable, considering the amount of time and effort needed for the job, including a three-story pitched-roof gutter cleaning, shutter replacement, and inspection for a leak. The final price was just $100 more than the initial estimate. - Professionalism: Will was professional and courteous throughout the project. They checked in regularly to ensure our neighbours had no issues with the work accessing the roof through their yard. They also discovered issues in the previous gutter cleaning and completed the work to a high standard. Shutter replacement was done quickly, and they had no problem with the slight alterations that were needed. Despite the heat being almost unbearable (97 degrees) while they worked, they persevered, remained cheerful and ensured the work was done correctly without any rush.

They were incredibly responsive and helpful. We received a quote swiftly and within a couple of days, they had completed the job. I would gladly hire them again as they were very courteous and exhibited professionalism.
