It's obvious that the contractor prioritizes money over the quality of their work. Their communication is inconsistent and unreliable, failing to keep me in the loop as they had promised in their proposal. Unfortunately, their shoddy workmanship came as a last-minute shock. Clearly, this individual requires several more years of experience.

My top floor ceiling had a medium-sized water spot, indicating that water was seeping in from my 400-500 sq ft roof deck. I hired a small company willing to pay top dollar for quality work, but I didn't want to be overcharged. The business owner proposed a daunting $6000 for ceiling coating, tape application, patching, and paint touch-ups. Despite the steep price, I agreed, hoping for a quick fix. However, midway through the job, the team demanded an extra $2700 for more coating paint. A competent inspector would have identified this beforehand, and I felt exploited. I won't use their services in the future.
