I am delighted with the service I received! Initially, I purchased a used washer/dryer set, but after the warranty period had expired (which was only 30 days), both machines began emitting foul odors that kept worsening with time. We tried several remedies to eliminate the odors to no avail, and before deciding to purchase new appliances, I opted to contact Walter as a last resort. The water line in my fridge was leaking, but Walter arrived promptly on the same day to inspect it. He discovered a pinhole in the line that was the root of the trouble.
