The entire home inspection process, from my initial interaction with Vita to the final moments, was an enjoyable experience. John from AA-MSA was absolutely amazing! He arrived early - as the saying goes, "if you're early you're on time, if you're on time, you're late" - he was incredibly professional, and thorough in his work. John made certain to inspect every nook and cranny of the home we were considering purchasing, and provided us with a comprehensive report the very next morning. During his inspection, John was clear in his explanations, pointing out any areas of concern so that we could easily understand them. There were no surprises in his report. What's more, John didn't just provide us with a report, he went above and beyond, ensuring we understood the issues at hand and their level of concern. Prior to purchasing our home, we enlisted AA-MSA to perform a thorough inspection. Out of the various companies we contacted, they stood out by being highly responsive and offering exceptional value. Our inspector, Rich M., was punctual and attired in a polo shirt displaying the organization’s name, which underscored his affiliation. He introduced himself and gave us a brief outline of his objectives while making us feel at ease due to his amiable and knowledgeable demeanor. After indicating a different section of the house, Rich was able to carry out his examination without interruption. Upon finishing with the basement, he called us to detail the issues he had discovered as well as their degree of severity if unaddressed and how they could be abated. This smooth process transpired throughout every level of our home, where Rich gave us a vivid illustration of the problems he encountered, along with suitable solutions. Despite the extended inspection timeline and carefully covering every square inch of our home, Rich conscientiously addressed any questions we had. The ensuing day, we were sent a detailed report, which proved immensely helpful in our decision-making process for the property's acquisition. My experience was absolutely fantastic! Being a first time home buyer, I was unsure about what to expect from the entire process.
