On June 19th 2019, I made a call to schedule a mold inspection appointment. We agreed upon the date of June 26th, 2019 at 12:00 pm for the inspection. On the day of the inspection, I waited until 12:15 pm for the company to arrive. When they didn’t show up, I called to ask if they were coming. They informed me that they wouldn’t be able to make it and suggested I buy a dehumidifier instead. I expressed my frustration at their lack of professionalism and failure to keep a previously scheduled appointment. They promised to call me back, but no one ever did. They didn’t even apologize or offer to reschedule. It was a disappointing experience that proved if they were unprofessional from the start, they would be unprofessional in the end. To my surprise, on August 26th, 2020, more than a year later, the company responded to my review. I found this lack of response time to be further evidence of their unprofessionalism. When they didn’t show up for the inspection, I hired another company and discovered that there was indeed mold in my basement. Despite the fact that I had a previously scheduled appointment, they had told me to buy a dehumidifier instead. To make matters worse, they claimed that one of their workers had a medical emergency, which was news to me. I believe they were lying. To prospective customers, I advise you to beware of this company.

The gentlemen were incredibly kind and performed an exceptional job in removing my furnace. The cleanup surpassed my expectations, leaving me with more space than I had ever seen before.
