The work done by Charles and his team on my condo's granite bar counter was outstanding. Their task involved reducing the height of a tall counter and fixing a wider granite slab to create a valuable overhang. Throughout the experience, they displayed high levels of professionalism, efficiency, and excellent attention to detail. The team was meticulous in their cuts, constantly cleaned up after themselves, and gave extra care to the finishing touches until everything looked brand new. They only concluded the project once they were confident everything met their high standards and I was happy with the outcome. In the spring, my husband and I engaged Charles to work on our hardwood floors and remodel our bathroom. If I could, I would give him 100 stars 🙂. We were extremely pleased with the results, as our floors and bathroom turned out stunningly beautiful. In addition to his work, his prompt communication was invaluable to both my husband and me. Being pregnant with our first baby at that time, we needed the project to be done quickly since the bathroom was our only shower. Understanding our predicament, Charles was very empathetic to our needs. After installing the bathroom floors, he even came over in-person to mount the toilet before the plumber arrived, so I wouldn't have to navigate the stairs while nine months pregnant. No matter when or where, he always replied to our questions over the weekend when we were hunting for supplies. We received quotes from several contractors, and Charles was reasonably priced. Based on our positive experience, we plan to hire Charles for future projects in our home!
