This is the second time I've utilized their services. The first time, everything went swimmingly. It was a tiny countertop for a vanity, and they did a fantastic job. However, the second time around, they were hired to create a laundry room and kitchenette. They made some of the countertop corners round and others squared in the same area right next to the stove. It's frustrating, and there's no easy way to rectify it without purchasing another $5k slab. Furthermore, they didn't even apologize or offer any sort of discount; it was simply "deal with it." I also had to request that they return and fix the corners of the countertop in a few spots where they weren't even square and were flaring out at the bottom. They were able to repair it, fortunately. They also incorrectly positioned one of the counters, causing me to contact them once again to have it corrected. These are all things they should have noticed and repaired on their own before I had to bring them to their attention and spend time contacting them. Additionally, they don't provide any credit for the leftover slab that wasn't utilized, even though I paid full price for it. They'll resell it to someone else without giving any sort of compensation. They are friendly people, but their attention to detail leaves a lot to be desired.

Our experience with Alvaro was amazing! We adore our countertops and his willingness to work with our older and unconventional cabinets. Choosing the perfect slab at his warehouse was an added bonus. In an impressively short amount of time, Alvaro and his team accomplished a remarkable feat. They replaced all of the kitchen countertops in our historic Avenues home with quartz and installed a beautiful gray glass tile backsplash - the end result is truly breathtaking! Not only was Alvaro responsive and helpful in guiding me towards showroom options for quartz slabs, but he also began the work on 6/21 and completed it by 6/27 - even dedicating time on a Sunday. Working in our vacant house, Alvaro remained professional, punctual, and trustworthy throughout the process. We can't wait to bring him back to tackle the bathrooms with A.v.'s marble and granite.
