The service provided by A to Z was exceptional! Alvaro and his team were incredible! From the outset, Alvaro was fantastic to collaborate with. He visited our residence and provided an equitable quotation for the installation of a 6-foot vinyl privacy fence, around 300 feet in length, a 4-foot vinyl picket fence of almost 100 feet, and four gates. He was very adaptable on the start date and didn't demand any payment until the work began. Alvaro and his team are some of the most diligent professionals out there. They spent 3.5 grueling days digging trenches by hand, cementing, laying posts, and assembling the fence panels. Their level of accuracy was unbelievable, checking and double-checking everything was straight and level. It's obvious that Alvaro is a perfectionist because he even reconstructed one of the gates to ensure it looked flawless. Most contractors would act before seeking clarification, not Alvaro, who confirmed with us before proceeding and made sure everything was done according to our preferences. He backs up his work, honors all his commitments, and is a timely and efficient communicator.
