Kim was remarkable! She served as my primary contact at CrackerJack for my niece's baby shower. She showed great patience and attentiveness during the entirety of my event planning. Unfortunately, we had to postpone the event for certain reasons. Even though Kim was unavailable due to her scheduled travel, she arranged for another outstanding individual, Rena, to assist me. Rena was exceptional in taking care of event decor and day-of coordination. She was extremely detail-oriented, ensuring that everything went smoothly, engaging guests in games, and being responsible for cleanup. Rena also perfectly executed my plans for the event and captured every moment to make it unforgettable. Her artistic touch was evident in her simple ideas on decor and goodie bags. Additionally, she helped with post-celebration cleanup and restoring the house to its original condition. Her efforts were truly heartfelt. Both Rena and Kim are highly professional, responsive, and offer great quality work at good value. They also have a positive attitude and energy. I highly recommend them for any event as they guarantee success. Personally, I would use them again for any of my upcoming events.
