We encountered a major problem with assorted metals in our sewer stack, and anticipating a troublesome task, I decided to seek help. Having heard of z Plumberz, I called them to come over to fix the issue, and the work was completed the very next day. They were prompt and efficient, leaving the place clean after finishing the job. This is exactly what anyone could hope for.

The previous week, in the evening an issue arose with our water heater as water was pouring out of it. Z Plumberz was contacted the following day and arrived promptly. The service technician, named Wil, was incredibly professional and courteous. He kindly offered to replace the water heater on the same day but we needed to consult with my husband first. However, this decision was postponed until the weekend, where we explored alternative options, such as purchasing our own water heater and hiring a separate installer or comparing prices. In the end, we found Z Plumberz's quote to be reasonable and approved the estimate. The scheduled installation date arrived, and within an hour, the new water heater was successfully installed. Wil was very supportive and spent time assisting with our home warranty company's queries on both days. Not only was it a fantastic experience from start to finish, but we have plans to use them again and would highly recommend their services to anyone in need.
