The service I received from Sergio at "A Pure Strive Service, LLC" was exceptional and made me extremely happy. Sergio responded quickly to my request for mold evaluation and treatment, and his professional and friendly demeanor was a great help during this stressful time. Sergio gave me a thorough explanation about how mold spores and bacteria exist in every home, and how excess moisture can cause mold to overgrow, resulting in visible stains and medical issues. He carefully examined my home and asked pertinent questions to better understand why mold was overgrowing in certain areas.
Based on his mold expertise, he recommended testing three areas of my home in an outside lab for a precise diagnosis of the mold amount and type present. Thanks to his knowledge, he identified a room that didn’t need treatment (which I had suspected), while recommending treatment for two other areas that I had thought were not problematic. He presented me with different treatment options, along with the advantages and risks of each one. I now have an affordable, effective, and targeted treatment, with very little risk involved.

Joa and Sergio are exceptional and reliable individuals who guarantee quality work and improved condition of your home. Their work is top-notch and we are extremely satisfied.
