Chef Jackie is exceptional! Her professionalism and responsiveness are second to none. For my wife's birthday party, Chef Jackie provided an incredible menu including appetizers, a salad of our choice, two main courses, two sides and a dessert. I must say, this was one of the most amazing dining experiences I have ever had. Chef Jackie was extremely professional and independent. Even though she kept herself in the background while everyone was socializing, she could initiate a delightful conversation with anyone, young or old. She arrived somewhat late due to traffic, but still managed to prepare the meal all set by 7. The food was beyond belief, and I cannot find the right words to express it! Her lobster and steak dishes were, without a doubt, the best I've ever had; juicy and flavorful. And let's not forget the scallops with mango salsa, it was simply divine. Do yourself a favor and book Chef Jackie!
