My initial experience with CrackerJack was having a closet installed in my basement before replacing the flooring. After submitting my request, Aaron swiftly responded and arrived to assess the situation. His demeanor felt authentic and I could sense his passion for his craft. Opting for his services, we finalized a construction date together.
Due to a cancellation, he suggested moving the date earlier, which I agreed to. On Monday, Aaron began work at his own pace and maintained a friendly, professional, and tidy demeanor. Despite missing one team member, he didn't complain and wrapped up the project by the following Wednesday. Not only did he answer all my inquiries regarding the installation process, but he also gave valuable advice on other issues in my home.
I'm very satisfied with the closet's finished results and can't take my eyes off it. Though I chose to paint the room myself, Aaron's services have made me confident to bring him back for any future projects.

Working with Aaron was a delightful experience. He not only offered a competitive rate for the project, but he also demonstrated exceptional attention to detail when inquiring about our preferred style and project objectives. The project comprised of two custom-designed doors that he diligently painted and installed, in addition to crafting and mounting a cat door on one of the doors. These doors were intended for storage under the staircase and have significantly enhanced the aesthetic of our home with their polished finish. Aaron deemed it necessary to involve me in significant modifications or considerations, allowing us to arrive at a decision that met our needs and requirements.
