Tom was prompt in his response when my dryer stopped working. I suspected the dryer vent cleaner Ingrid inspection was needed. Tom provided a fair price quote, checked everything including the dryer fuse and exiting duct, then proceeded to clean the entire duct. Problem solved! I would definitely call on them again for other services.

At first, I contacted A Plus solely to address an issue with my dryer vent. However, I ultimately decided to enlist their services for a comprehensive cleaning of all the vents in my house. These vents, which were constructed in 1984, had never been cleaned before, resulting in a process that took more time than anticipated. Despite this, the agreed-upon rate remained unchanged.
Tom and his partner were both punctual and exhibited a high level of professionalism. They provided detailed explanations of their actions, including their methods and reasoning, and even tended to a few items that I was unaware they could address. When they finished the job, they left the space so tidy that the only indication of their presence was the pristine vents.
Their exceptional vent cleaning services prompted me to also request gutter cleaning and power washing for my home. Without a doubt, I would recommend A Plus to others.
