My name is Andy Martinez and I have more than 20 years of experience in training. I have a degree in Exercise Physiology and a certification in NASM.
My rate is an average of $55 for an hour-long session. You can choose to come in on Monday through Friday mornings or Monday through Thursday afternoons depending on your preference.
I conduct bi-monthly measurement checks and test results to monitor your progress. I can also assist you with your nutrition plan by analyzing your daily habits, approximating your daily caloric expenditure and determining your macronutrient needs to help you achieve your goals.
It brings me joy to see my clients improve over time and succeed in reaching their goals. My approach involves educating my clients so that they too can teach others in the future. I take my job seriously because it is my livelihood.
