Having relocated to the Wilmington NC region from out of state, I required professional assistance to unload my belongings into my new apartment. These movers were exceptional in their service.
Working together, three individuals unloaded almost the entire contents of a 20-foot truck up two flights of stairs within just 90 minutes. Their accomplishment left me truly impressed.
Moreover, the team displayed excellent traits such as friendliness, punctuality, professionalism and utmost care towards my furniture and possessions. I would readily engage the services of A&M movers again.

To be honest, the response and communication at first were delayed due to the storm with IAN. However, things improved later on. On the scheduled day of service at 10:00 a.m., I received a text at 9:43 a.m. inquiring about accessing my property. I explained the details but encountered issues with the paperwork at the gate, causing the movers to arrive at my home at 12:15 p.m. Mike, the head mover, made up for the delay with his professionalism, apologies, and eagerness to help. He assured me that my belongings would be moved safely when I had to leave to pick up my kids. He single-handedly carried the load of the job and addressed my concerns. I am grateful for him and recommend requesting him for your move. Mike deserves recognition, promotion, and the chance to choose his team members because he is an exceptional worker. Although the other mover wasn't bad, he was more laid-back. I would use this company again but only if Mike is leading the team. Thank you.
