Last autumn, we underwent a substantial bathroom renovation project which, while mostly satisfactory, fell short in its level of communication. It appeared that the owner had subcontracted certain aspects of the project without prior disclosure. Some of the contractors hired were not as professional as expected, resulting in several issues with craftsmanship and quality of work. The extended length of the project seemed to result in impatience from workers who rushed through the job, leading to mistakes such as the improper painting of the vanity without sanding, and a failure to seal it which has already caused chipping. While the owner did attempt to rectify the problems, we would have preferred clearer communication from the outset to avoid such issues.

Chino's Painting Company was recruited by us to spruce up our master bedroom and bathroom. Apart from applying a fresh coat of paint, they installed a new chandelier in the master bedroom and fitted lights in the master bathroom. Furthermore, they also modernized our outdated master bathroom cabinets. To say the least, their work exceeded our expectations. The quality of their workmanship was exceptional.
