Our qualifications include Termite Inspector, Mold Assessment Technician, Certified Infrared Thermographer, former Licensed Irrigator, and General Contractor.
We are dedicated to delivering the highest quality of service and producing excellent results. Our benefits include an infrared scan of the property with every full TREC home inspection, which is valued at $100-200. We have no qualms climbing on most roofs to check their integrity and use a computerized ziplevel to inspect foundations.
Please note that our automated initial estimate is for a TREC home inspection strictly. Termite inspection ordered without a home inspection is $125, and our bids on this app are for our Basic Home Inspection package. If you require a termite report or lawn sprinkler inspection, you will need to pay an additional $80 or $120, respectively.
We offer other additional services, including VOC sampling, mold sampling and reports, pool and spa inspection, conventional and aerobic septic system inspection, sewer scope, sewer line locating, well water sampling, well functionality inspection, lawn sprinkler inspection, crawlspace inspection, and multiple inspections or reinspections. Our prices vary based on the size, age, location, and other factors of the property or service.
You must cancel an inspection in this app to avoid a $100 cancellation fee. If you need to monetize it, let us know what additional services you require in the chat, and we will provide you with a quote. We offer inspections on Saturdays for an additional $100 and Sundays for $1,000. Additional apartments or units cost $200 or more depending on the size, age, location.

After requesting an inspection for my newly constructed condo, I was pleased to receive a prompt response and the appointment was conveniently arranged within the same week. When I needed to reschedule, Justin was accommodating and flexible. During the inspection, he arrived punctually and conducted a thorough examination. The inspection report was comprehensive and sent to both my agent and me on the same day. The report included several suggestions, which although not essential for closing, I found helpful for long-term maintenance of the property.
