Recently, we called them out again on January 9th, 2023, for additional ceiling repairs and painting, and again, they did an exceptional job. Austin went above and beyond to ensure the job was done properly and at a reasonable price. Additionally, they even handled plumbing work with care, preserving our antique faucets. After just buying a new home, there were a number of renovations I was interested in having done. Although the project has yet to begin, I wanted to take a moment to commend both A+ and Austin, who has been working with me thus far. My home spans roughly 2500 square feet and consists of two stories. The renovations I was looking to have addressed included full interior painting, flooring, trim repair, pressure washing, and mirror installation. Because of my busy schedule, I needed a company that could handle all of these things, and after receiving estimates from six different places, only A+ was willing and able to take on the full project. Not only did Austin have the expert knowledge necessary to address all of my needs, but he even provided references for movers and cleaners - making it truly a one-stop-shop! From the initial consultation, Austin was patient and thorough, never trying to sell me anything I didn't actually need. He was able to provide me with detailed information about pricing and cost savings, tailored specifically to the unique needs of my home. This included various flooring options, with an assessment of each option's longevity, maintenance concerns, and overall cost. As someone who was entirely new to home renovation projects, I really appreciated that Austin was always quick to respond to my questions, and he never failed to remain professional and courteous throughout our conversations. Overall, my parents and uncle were so impressed by Austin's knowledge and attention to detail, that my father even requested an estimate for his rental properties. I'm excited to see the final results of the renovations in the coming months and can't thank A+ and Austin enough for working with me in such an outstanding manner!
