- 2-piece and Custom Shower: $18k - $26k
- Master Bath Remodel (High-end): $30k - $50k+

- Kitchen remodel - Economy: $20k - $35k
- Kitchen remodel - Mid-grade: $35k - $55k
- Kitchen remodel - Semi-custom: $55k - $75k
- Kitchen remodel - High-end: $75k+

- Basement finishing (1500 sq ft) - economy: $20k - $45k
- Basement finishing (1500 sq ft) - Mid-grade (Bathroom, bedroom, Kitchenette/Bar): $45k - 75k
- Basement finishing (1500 sq ft) - High-end (Bathrooms, Kitchen, bedrooms): $75k+
