I requested the repair of our back door which was kicked in and also asked for it to be replaced. Although my spouse was home when the repairman arrived, he trusted that the job would be done correctly, as the repairman agreed to cut out the damaged area and replace it with a $20 metal door plate for added security. Instead, the repairman merely glued the split wood together and added the plate on top, leaving the door looking unprofessional and unfinished. Despite spending $200 on the job, it was completed poorly and quickly, taking only two hours to pick up the door plate despite living just five minutes away from the hardware store. I am disappointed in my decision to trust this repairman and feel that I wasted my money on a shoddy job that I now need to hire another professional to fix correctly. To all potential customers, I advise against hiring this individual as it was a total rip off for just 15 minutes of work and $180 charged.

The repair problem I had was taken care of promptly, proficiently and with expertise. Furthermore, the entire area was left immaculately clean. Despite it being a minor task, it was dealt with comprehensively and with great professionalism.

Beware of this provider who charges $80-$90 per hour for their services, claiming to offer quality work, punctuality, professionalism, ethics, and trust. However, their work on my electrical system was so subpar that I had to hire my own electrician, who also could not find anyone else to repair the damage. Proceed with caution.

It was a wonderful experience! The work done was exceptional. I will certainly return for future projects.
