A Different Light Window Tinting

Mike did an excellent job tinting the windows in my house. However, his lack of communication after the job was completed presents a few problems. Firstly, he failed to provide the warranty papers for the window tinting and promised to send it later, but I never received it. Secondly, we noticed issues with the tinting on our car windows within a day. I contacted Mike, and he agreed to replace it but evaded scheduling a mutually convenient time and place to address the issue, leaving it unresolved for months. I would happily amend my review to a 5-star if Mike rectifies the situation; unfortunately, as he seems unable to resolve any problems arising post-job completion, I cannot recommend him for window tinting services.

Mike was exceptional. He arrived punctually and delivered a remarkable job. His attention to detail and perfectionism were admirable. I strongly recommend him.
