The entire procedure was individualized yet extremely proficient. Every day, Daniela kept us informed with updates and even photos, which instilled confidence in us regarding our cats' well-being. Additionally, the communication was exceptional when we encountered a possible extra date situation to our vacation's end. Despite one of our cats reportedly remaining hidden during Daniela's stay, they all thrived, and our requests to collect mail and water the plants were also attended to.
