When I requested an inspection of my chimney and a cleaning of my fireplace, which had been neglected for the past 10 years, they provided exceptional service. The technician not only cleaned my fireplace but also taught me how to properly use it. Outside, he recommended several repairs and warning signs. I was impressed that his recommendations were solely for my benefit—not as a ploy to generate more business. Although he did not offer the services himself, he strongly recommended that I have them done soon. The price was fair, and the service was efficient and customer-oriented.
